This course is designed to prepare project managers to effectively delegate and communicate with team members. Learners will identify the purposes of delegating, recognize personal communication and delegation styles, determine when delegation should and should not be practiced, and apply the steps in the delegation process to project management situations. Learners will leave with a clear path leading to improved team motivation by providing autonomy, accountability, and recognition within their organization.
