Ensure that your people have the knowledge and skills needed to perform their job responsibilities. Students will examine how to design a process that ensures employee competence, confidence and performance ownership; assesses performance problems tied to knowledge and skill gaps; addresses the core issues rather than symptoms; and designs a variety of competency interventions. Students will also learn how to best tap into internal and external resources to provide a holistic training program.
