Course Description
Conflict management is an essential skill in every industry, but it doesn't have to be disruptive. This course equips you with the tools to navigate and resolve workplace conflicts effectively. Through interactive discussions and hands-on exercises led by a local industry expert, you'll explore the root causes of conflict, practice effective communication techniques, and develop strategies for successful understanding and resolution.
