Enhance your oil painting skills by studying and painting landscapes. You'll learn via discussion, demonstration, and personalized instruction as you acquire the skills to create successful works of art. You'll explore composition, color theory, depth, and brushwork while discovering a variety of new techniques. This course is ideally suited for those who have basic oil painting experience.

This class takes place in person at the University Connected Learning and Continuing Education building (540 Arapeen Drive, SLC). Students supply their own materials; find the list online. We hate canceling classes, but sometimes there are forces outside of our control. Please keep this in mind as you purchase supplies and hang onto your receipts. Email our office at lifelong@utah.edu to inquire about the status of a class. Special fee is for canvas.
