
Learn how to construct a knitted sweater by making one in miniature! You'll start with the basics, learning how to form a raglan sweater using double-pointed needles. Then, you'll explore cables and two-color knitting to create your own unique ornament. Perfect as gifts or for your own enjoyment, this is the perfect way to up your knitting game!

This class takes place in person at the University Connected Learning and Continuing Education building (540 Arapeen Drive, SLC). Students bring their own basic knitting supplies (scissors, tapestry needle, stitch markers, pencil or pen) and 6" size US 1 and 2 double pointed needles. Students should expect to do 2-3 hours of knitting per week at home to keep up with coursework.
