Many wine lovers are very familiar with the well-known wine regions of Italy and their most familiar grape varieties, but hidden away in small family vineyards are treasures that are less exported and less acknowledged in the press. This class, led by a certified European Wine Scholar and Educator, will offer you the opportunity to taste and learn about interesting grape varieties, appellations, and the families who protected their heritage.

This class takes place at Fratelli (8612 S 1300 E, Sandy, UT 84094). Must be 21 or over to attend; please bring an ID. Special fee is for wine and corkage fee; students are expected to purchase their own meal.
