Take your taste buds on a journey through Spain as you learn all about cava. You'll learn about the indigenous grapes that are responsible for these delicious sparkling wines, as well as the history of cava, including its origins in Catalonia, and of the champagne method that is used to create these beauties.

Class takes place at Cafe Madrid (5244 Highland Dr, Holladay). Must be 21 or over to attend; please bring an ID. Special fee is for wine and corkage fee; students are expected to purchase their own meal.
