Knife Skills You Need for the Kitchen

Join a celebrated local chef to develop your knife skills. You'll learn a dozen or so basic cuts that every cook--from the best Michelin chef to the most humble homemaker-- utilizes in their cooking. You'll hone your knife dexterity and improve your cooking while using your newfound skills to prepare some simple foods.

This class takes place at the U of U Foods Lab (250 1850 E, Salt Lake City). Special fee is for ingredients and space rental. Students will receive parking information and directions one week before class.
