Celebrate Bastille Day and discover some of France's wine offerings available in Utah stores. This session will highlight selections from renowned regions, presenting a unique chance to explore French wine traditions, styles, and grape varieties. Wines from six regions will be presented, from entry level to high end, showcasing the origins and history of each unique grape variety. What a great way to learn about unfamiliar regions and their indigenous varieties, by tasting some of the best from Utah's wine stores!

Class takes place at Carmine's Italian Restaurant (2477 Fort Union Blvd, SLC). Must be 21 or over to attend; please bring an ID. Special fee is for wine and corkage fee; students are expected to purchase their own meal.
