You'll learn how to make dumplings completely from scratch, from kneading the perfect dough to crafting delicious fillings to trying out traditional folding techniques. We'll explore a variety of dumpling styles, including pan-fried, steamed, and boiled. Along the way, you'll gain insight into cultural variations, dipping sauces, and tips for freezing and storing. You'll leave with a belly full of dumplings and the confidence to recreate them any time!
