Join us for a group cooking class and learn how to make two types of chicken curry: one Thai and one Indian. Your instructor, originally from Singapore, will teach you a healthy method of cooking while you participate in food prep, cooking, and cleaning. When the recipes are finished, you can eat a steaming bowl of delicious dinner.

This class takes place at the U of U Foods Lab (250 1850 E, Salt Lake City). Special fee is for space rental, all ingredients, and materials. Please alert lifelong@utah.edu at least 1 week before class if you have any food allergies. Students will receive parking information and directions one week before class.
