Your instructor, a local chef, will lead you in pairing recipes and creating an irresistible meal, from the rich, smoky grilled eggplant spread to the delectable hand pies, vibrant salads, dolmades, and cheeses. This class takes place at the U of U Foods Lab (250 1850 E, Salt Lake City). Special fee is for all ingredients and materials. Please alert lifelong@utah.edu at least 1 week before class if you have any food allergies. Students will receive parking information and directions one week before class.
