Class Sections For Kettle Bell Workout: An Introduction (LLHL 284)

Spring 2026 Section 1, Starting on: 01/21/2026

This class takes place in person at the I.J. & Jeanne Wagner JCC (2 N Medical Drive, 84113). Please bring a water bottle and dress in your preferred activewear and sneakers. The JCC requires a photo ID upon check-in and has a sign-in process. Students should plan to arrive 10 minutes early to complete this process.
