A Guide to Middle School Math for Adults
Lifelong Learning

We live in a world where math anxiety is widespread, but our students need to have a foundation in these skills. The time has come to tackle your fear so you can best support your student on their math journey! This course, taught by a public-school math teacher with over 10 years of experience, covers the broad strokes of the mathematics your student will be navigating in grades 6-8. By addressing the overarching themes in the core standards, you'll be able to help your student complete their math homework and seamlessly connect the mathematical themes and concepts from different grade levels. You'll also receive information and advice on how to help your student prepare for high school and which courses might best serve your student as they progress through their learning.
