The Art of Living Well: What the Humanities Teach Us About Flourishing
Osher Lifelong Learning Institute

What is human flourishing? How do we define it, and more importantly, how do we live it? In The Art of Living Well, we will answer these questions through an exploration of art, literature, and classical music. This class looks at the role that creativity plays on our collective human experience and explains how flourishing and suffering are both integral parts of a good life. We will consider how our ability to flourish increases when we nourish relationships and seek wonder in the natural world.
