Add a course or two each term to take advantage of some U of U student benefits that are open to nonmatriculated Continuing Education students. Members registered for at least one course in a given U of U semester (fall, spring and summer) are eligible to get a University of Utah student ID card. U ID cards (and replacements in the event you lose your card) can be obtained for a small fee at the U Card office in the Olpin Union on campus. You can use the same card from term to term. Your student ID is "reactivated" every time you register for a course. Examples of benefits include the following. Show your card wherever you go and ask what student benefits may be available.
Osher students are listed in the main U of U student directory. If you prefer not to be listed in these directories visit FERPA/Privacy Rights/Student Directory Information and refer to the "directory" section for instruction on how to withhold your information.
