Osher Lifelong Learning Institute
In 2019, I started a 2.5-year project of creating my own photographic renditions of 30 famous paintings. I will talk about what inspired me, and how I found models, props, venues, and costumes. I will take you behind the scenes and share how I created my renditions. The art included spans five centuries of art, from Girl With A Pearl Earring to Campbell's Soup Cans. After my presentation, I will share several of my renditions via a slide show.
