This summer, let's talk about the Justices in the middle. The ones that maneuver to change the way we interpret the U.S. Constitution, and in the process, surprise their peers and the country. In this course we'll discuss what makes a justice a "Swing Justice," explore Chief Justice John Marshall's power in forming the U.S. Supreme Court, discuss Justice William Brennan, and Justices Sandra Day O'Connor and Anthony Kennedy. Come with questions and opinions. It'll be a fun summer!
