Magic Loop Knitted Knockers

Once we reach a certain age, most of us know someone - family member, friend, associate, even our self - who has lost a breast to cancer. In this class, the student will learn to use the Magic Loop knitting technique to knit a comfortable, machine washable, affordable prosthesis. Students should know how to do a long tail cast on, knit and purl. Skills taught will include how to handle a cable needle for Magic Loop, casting on to knit in the round, increasing and decreasing, and finishing.
