Engaging in the necessary conversations about life and death can be hard, but it's easier when you know how. Join together with other like-minded individuals and meet the "elephant in the room" or end-of-life (EOL). Ease the anxiety that often accompanies this universal experience and feel more comfortable navigating this challenging part of life. Together, we will seek to bring a deeper sense of honor and wisdom to these profound life experiences by: normalizing this natural part of living, gaining clarity about what your preferences might be, learning strategies on how to share your wishes with others, and providing clear instructions to loved ones on how to best advocate for you.
