Effective decision-making is central to successful coaching, shaping everything from strategic planning to everyday problem-solving. In a field where leaders and teams face high-stakes, complex choices, the ability to make sound, informed decisions can be the difference between progress and stagnation. This course equips leaders and managers with the tools to guide themselves and others through clear, intentional decision-making processes, fostering growth, resilience, and innovation. Participants will learn to identify and evaluate quality decisions by breaking down decision-making processes to uncover the key factors that lead to successful outcomes. Additionally, learners will explore strategies to create a culture of trust, intellectual honesty, and psychological safety within teams. Using a five-stage decision-making model, participants will gain practical skills for analyzing situations, evaluating options, experimenting, and gathering evidence to make informed, effective decisions.
