Knitting for a Cause: Magic Loop Technique
Lifelong Learning

Many of us know someone who has experienced breast cancer. Medical prostheses can be hot, uncomfortable, and expensive for survivors and patients. In this heartfelt class, you'll learn to knit alternative prostheses using the Magic Loop method as you refine your skills in shaping and stuffing your knitwork and gain tips for creating smooth, comfortable finishes. The completed "knockers" are lightweight, comfortable, and easily washable. Knit them for someone you love, or donate to someone who needs one or a pair - instructor will provide donation information. This class is suitable for knitters of all levels, from adventurous beginners to seasoned pros.
