Making Delicious Dumplings

Join us for a hands-on dumpling class and master one of the world's most beloved comfort foods. You'll learn how to make dumplings completely from scratch, from kneading the perfect dough to crafting delicious fillings to trying out traditional folding techniques. We'll explore a variety of dumpling styles, including pan-fried, steamed, and boiled. Along the way, you'll gain insight into cultural variations, dipping sauces, and tips for freezing and storing. You'll leave with a belly full of dumplings and the confidence to recreate them any time!

This class takes place at the U of U Foods Lab (250 1850 E, Salt Lake City). Special fee is for ingredients and space rental. Students will receive parking information and directions one week before class.
