It's a cultural symbol, and we're bringing that tradition to you. Join us to create pizza as they serve it in the Italian countryside-full of fresh, natural, and healthful ingredients. You'll learn the ins and outs of pizza dough but the secrets go beyond the crust-"the devil is in the details"-it's about what you put on top. Get ready to explore the sensory flavors of sauces and herb-infused oils to elevate the pizza experience. La Dolce Vita!

This class takes place at the U of U Foods Lab (250 1850 E, Salt Lake City). Special fee is for all ingredients and materials. Please alert lifelong@utah.edu at least 1 week before class if you have any food allergies.
