Yes, you can grow delicious fruit, nuts, and berries in Utah! Choose the best cultivars and pollinator pairs for your elevation, soil type, and microclimate. You'll learn about planting locations, watering, organic disease control, and treeline techniques that work well in Utah's alkaline soil and water. We'll explore apples, peaches, pears, plums, cherries, apricots, almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios, and more--plus berries like raspberries, blackberries, grapes, currants, gooseberries, elderberries, haskaps, hardy kiwis, and ground cherries. Whether you're starting fresh or troubleshooting existing trees and bushes, you'll leave with a clear plan for your own edible landscape.
