Focusing on a variety of easy-to-grow vegetables, we'll cover soil texture, soil amendments, composting, cool- and warm-season crops, planting dates, and ways to grow vegetables all year long. We'll also discuss common garden insects and diseases.

This class takes place in person at the University Connected Learning and Continuing Education building (540 Arapeen Drive, SLC). Saturday's class on Apr 29 is a field trip to the instructor's garden. Class is limited to 16.
