Learn to reduce stress, anxiety, and traumas as well as increase well-being and happiness through Tibetan Buddhist Meditation. Explore calm abiding meditation (shamatha), The Four Noble Truths, developing compassion (tonglen practice), and fundamentals of Buddhist view according to the Dzogchen Lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. No previous meditation experience is required.
