Explore calm abiding meditation (shamatha), The Four Noble Truths, developing compassion (tonglen practice), the 12 Wisdoms, and fundamentals of Buddhist view according to the Dzogchen Lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. No previous meditation experience is required.
