Reformer Pilates: An Introduction

Join us for a beginner-friendly course about the fundamentals of reformer Pilates. Using provided equipment, you'll learn how to safely perform exercises that improve alignment and posture, build strength, and increase flexibility. You'll also discover the principles and history of Pilates, master equipment adjustments, and gain confidence in performing traditional reformer exercises. You'll walk away from this class with the self-assurance you need to continue your pursuit of this unique and beneficial workout.

Class Sections For Reformer Pilates: An Introduction (LLHL 274)

Summer 2025 Section 1, Starting on: 06/19/2025

This class takes place in person at the I.J. & Jeanne Wagner JCC (2 N Medical Drive, 84113). Please bring a water bottle and a long-sleeved shirt or sweater. Please wear leggings or joggers and a tank top or t-shirt. Students will exercise in socks or barefoot. The JCC requires a photo ID upon check-in and has a sign-in process. Students should plan to arrive 10 minutes early to complete this process.
