You'll start with an introduction to TRX suspension training and kettlebell exercises to improve core strength, stability, and endurance. In the next class, you'll learn the benefits of barbell and dumbbell training as you practice proper form and key lifts to boost your overall power. Class Sections For Techniques for Strength Training: A Brief Introduction (LLHL 275)

Summer 2025 Section 1, Starting on: 06/02/2025

This class takes place in person at the I.J. & Jeanne Wagner JCC (2 N Medical Drive, 84113). Please wear fitness attire and shoes and bring a waterbottle. All additional equipment is provided. The JCC requires a photo ID upon check-in and has a sign-in process. Students should plan to arrive 10 minutes early to complete this process.
