Though most of us will have to do it at some point, public speaking is a major fear and can be debilitating for some. Join your instructor-whose years of experience and coaching include work for TEDx Salt Lake City-to address that fear and learn how to build confidence, focus your content, and polish your delivery technique. The best way to improve your skills is to use them, so you'll be invited take part in exercises that give you a safe space to practice. In session one, we'll cover talk structure, nerves, body language, and common mistakes. In session two, you'll present a three-minute talk on a topic of your choosing and receive personalized feedback from the instructor in an atmosphere of encouragement and positivity.
