Olympic Fencing: An Introduction

Join us to discover one of the fastest sports in the world: fencing with sabers. Not only will you acquire footwork and blade work, you'll also discover the history, rules, and etiquette of this fantastic sport. By honing your fencing skills, you'll improve your physical fitness, mental acuity, coordination, and balance. By the end of class, you'll have new skills, new knowledge, and a new community of friends.

No class 2/16. This class takes place at Salt City Swords Fencing Club (3536 S W Temple St, Salt Lake City). Taught by Salt City Swords staff. Please wear comfortable clothes you can exercise in. Special fee is for space and equipment rental.
