Course Description
Dry, crisp, refreshing rose wines of Provence have a history that dates back to 600 BC. It is a style that is now replicated around the world as consumers demand higher quality roses that pair perfectly with food. Provence is located on the southeast coast of France with a climate that is tempered by the Mediterranean Sea and 3,000 hours of yearly sunshine. You'll taste 6 wines from Provence including Bandol, one of Provence's oldest AOCs, as you learn about the rich and diverse history and winemaking techniques of this beautiful region.
