Course Description

Rewild your garden and landscape in this informative and interactive class. You'll join a master gardener and wild forager to learn sustainable, regenerative gardening practices that can transform a standard suburban plot into a vibrant and wild haven. You'll learn about crops in the veggie garden, lawn-replacement tips, xeriscaping pros and cons, native drought-tolerant planting options, meadowscaping, incorporating apiaries, and low-intervention gardening practices. Then, you'll enjoy a tour of the Water Conservation Gardens to see examples of landscape designs and plant pairings. You'll leave with a wealth of knowledge, a list of native plants, a packet of wildflower seeds, and plenty of inspiration for your wildscaping endeavors.
