Course Description
Delve into the essentials necessary to cultivate healthy grape vines and produce high-quality grapes. You'll learn everything about site selection, varieties appropriate for our climate, trellising, pruning and harvesting at peak ripeness. You'll leave with the basic knowledge needed to get started growing excellent grapes for multiple uses including fresh eating, juice/jelly/wine, and raisins. Join us so that you can integrate grapes into your landscape in a beautiful and productive way.
