Course Description
Celebrate Johnny Appleseed with a flavorful exploration of American cider. Learn about the real-life figure behind the folklore, along with other historical characters who shaped cider's journey in the U.S. From frontier orchards to modern craft ciders, we'll trace the evolution of this iconic beverage--and yes, there will be tastings! Come for the history, stay for the cider.
