Course Description
Experience the vibrant essence of Italy through its wines, all accessible in Utah's wine stores. You'll be guided through a tasting of six Italian wines, ranging from entry level to high end, representing the north from the Alps, to the southern islands of Italy. Explore the traditions, grape varieties, and rich history behind each bottle. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned enthusiast, enjoy engaging instruction, a guided tasting, and lively discussion as you expand your palate and appreciation for the Italian wines which are available in Utah.
