Qigong is a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent. Qigong does not require any skill level or experience. No equipment is needed. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes and learn simple energy practices to release stress, calm your mind and improve your health.
