This course is designed to help older adults learn skills to combat depression and anxiety. We will learn how to decrease negative, harmful thoughts and find ways to access helpful thoughts. Designed for individuals that have experience with therapy or are brand new to therapy, the goal of the course is to facilitate independence and confidence, and gain greater awareness of and access to our emotions.
