Do your joints ache when you move? Do you want to have more energy? Join us for a gentle exercise class designed for anyone who wants to feel and move better, even if you do not have arthritis. This class offers a gentle warm-up for the joints, followed by movement to enhance balance, coordination, strength as well as cardiovascular fitness. Class will always conclude with a gentle cooldown and relaxation session. The class is open to all levels of fitness. Attendees can be seated or standing for participating in the sessions.
