It turns out the vast majority of headaches, security issues, tech expenditures, and e-waste are preventable. In this course, I'll de-mystify and explain the IT industry in Plain English. (Especially the Windows 11 cash grab this past October!) I explain why antivirus software is obsolete, why software becomes more complicated every day, why complicated passwords are ineffective, and more. This is the only self-defense class offered where you won't break a sweat!
