Utilizing Dignity: Engaging in Difficult Conversations

While it might seem as though it is recent discourse that has caused a deep divide, tensions, assumptions, and misunderstandings, even with those closest to us, can strain relationships. This course will explore social skills to better engage in difficult conversations in the work space and in our interpersonal connections. Participants will utilize the Dignity Index and will develop their leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills through critical discourse analysis.
