A chef from the Park City Culinary Institute will host a special cooking class at their Salt Lake location. Participants will make a variety of delicious sliders, from a caramelized onion and jalapeÃ±o blue cheese to an all-American with sun-dried tomatoes and smoked cheddar to a Korean kimchi slider with gochujang sauce. This is a hands-on cooking class where all participants will be involved in the preparation of the food. At the end of the class members will enjoy the â€œfruits of their laborâ€ and eat the items they have prepared. There is a $15 fee for this event.
