A chef from the Park City Culinary Institute will host a special cooking class at their Salt Lake location. Participants will make a variety of delicious sliders, from a caramelized onion and jalapeño blue cheese to an all-American with sun-dried tomatoes and smoked cheddar to a Korean kimchi slider with gochujang sauce. This is a hands-on cooking class where all participants will be involved in the preparation of the food. At the end of the class members will enjoy the “fruits of their labor†and eat the items they have prepared. There is a $15 fee for this event.
