This course will help HR professionals develop compensation and benefits programs that give them the edge in a rapidly changing, competitive environment. This course discusses compliance and regulatory controls, market pricing, base pay structures, variable pay programs, equity-based pay, executive compensation, as well as legally required benefits, discretionary benefits, retirement plans, health and welfare plans, flexible benefits, and benefits focused on work/life balance.
