Post-COVID research shows that leadership in the workplace is more critical than ever before. In this class, students will develop your own leadership model as we focus on understanding how to better collaborate with people at all levels of the organization, identifying and using personal and organizational values, and implementing engagement strategies and styles that can help you become a more effective manager and leader.
