Weave a Rag Rug
Lifelong Learning
This is a project for new and would-be weavers. Jump right in to weave a rag rug on a pre-warped floor loom. Start by weaving a hem. Cut fabric strips from the fabric that you'll bring to class. Weave the body of the rug, and finish with another hem. Cut the weaving off the loom, sew the hems, and you have a functional rug to use in your home.

This class takes place at Salt Lake Weaving Studio, (2875 S. West Temple, South Salt Lake). Special fee is for studio, use of tools, and materials.
