Join us for a community cookbook club celebrating colorful, nourishing food from around the world. Each semester, we'll work through a cookbook featuring a regional cuisine or seasonal theme. Menus will highlight naturally plant-forward, low-allergen options, including dairy- and wheat-free dishes. Expect fresh flavors, approachable recipes, and a welcoming space for curious home cooks who love food, culture, and gathering around the table.

This class takes place at the U of U Foods Lab (250 1850 E, Salt Lake City). Special fee is for ingredients and space rental. Students will receive parking information and directions one week before class.
