Just like athletes cross-train in the weight room or with yoga, they need to cross-train in the kitchen for optimal health and performance. Join us to learn about the Athlete's Plate, developed by the Olympic Training Center, and how it can benefit your performance and health as an athlete. You'll make spaghetti bolognese with homemade marinara, ground turkey, pasta, rosemary beer bread, and grilled veggies -- a meal that includes all the components of the Athlete's Plate -- and learn how to adjust your meals to fit any phase of training. Along the way, you'll discover basic knife skills, food safety recommendations, and ways to customize recipes for your specific needs. So join us and properly fuel your active lifestyle!
