Join us for this hands-on course that takes a food-first approach to health through practical cooking experience. You'll prepare flavorful, satisfying recipes that highlight ingredients associated with anti-inflammatory and cardiometabolic benefits. You'll receive guided instruction in the teaching kitchen, along with focused discussion on the basics of inflammation--what it is and how dietary patterns can dial it up or down. This course is designed to build culinary skills and give you the confidence to cook in ways that support your health. Each class will end with savoring our delectable creations together!

Class Sections For Lifestyle Cooking: The Anti-Inflammatory Way (LLFW 200)

Fall 2026 Section 1, Starting on: 11/14/2026

This class takes place at the U of U Foods Lab (250 1850 E, Salt Lake City). Special fee is for ingredients and space rental. Students will receive parking information and directions one week before class. This is not an individualized medical course and should not take the place of any treatments prescribed by your doctor.
