Class Sections For Beef Bourguignon (LLFW 662)

Fall 2024 Section 1, Starting on: 12/12/2024

This class takes place at the U of U Foods Lab (250 1850 E, Salt Lake City). Students will receive parking information and directions one week before class. Special fee is for kitchen rental, and supplies. Due to the extended cooking time required for Beef Bourguignon, students will prepare the ingredients alongside the instructor during class. Afterward, they will take their prepped dishes home to complete the cooking process.
