
Learn the fundamentals of floral design and create your own beautiful arrangements in this hands-on workshop. You'll learn the techniques and mechanics of basic flower arranging as well as composition, color, and balance. You'll practice with seasonal flowers sourced from local farms during monthly class sessions throughout the summer. After an informative demonstration each class, you'll design your own arrangement to take home. All flowers and vessels provided. Please bring your own set of tools: scissors or shears, pruners, and a paring knife.

This class takes place in person at at the University Connected Learning and Continuing Education building (540 Arapeen Drive, SLC). Students should bring their own scissors or shears, pruners, and a paring knife. Special fee is for flowers and most materials.
